The Branding Agency — how we handle your data.
What we collect. Only what you choose to share: your name and email when you request a demo, suggest an app, vote for a product, or join the Insider list. If you purchase on Etsy, Etsy handles payment — we never see your card details.
Why we collect it. So we can email you a working demo link, reply to your requests, notify you about products you asked to be informed about, and improve what we build based on what customers actually want.
What we don't do. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, run tracking pixels or third-party analytics, or upload anything from your use of our offline apps. The apps you buy run entirely on your device.
Cookies. We use a small cookie to remember who you are between visits (so we don't ask for your email again) and to keep your demo session working. No advertising cookies.
Emails. Demo confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Insider emails are occasional (about once a month at most) — you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email we send.
Deletion. Email us anytime to delete your data and accounts. We keep a minimal record (email + reason) for abuse prevention when legally required.
