Refund Policy
The Branding Agency — refund and return policy.
Digital Products. Our apps are digital downloads delivered as a single HTML file. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled case by case.
Eligibility. Refunds may be granted if: (a) the app fails to function as described and we cannot fix it within 7 days, or (b) duplicate purchase occurred.
Process. Contact us at mailto:thebrandingagency.etsy@gmail.com with your order number and issue description. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Etsy Protection. All purchases are also covered by Etsy's Purchase Protection program — you can open a case directly with Etsy if needed.
Non-Refundable. Change of mind, compatibility issues with unsupported browsers/devices, or failure to read the product description before purchase.
