Terms of Service
The Branding Agency — terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance. By using our website, requesting demos, or purchasing apps on Etsy, you agree to these terms.
2. Demo Access. Free 30-minute demos are provided for evaluation only. We reserve the right to limit or revoke access at any time.
3. Purchases. All app purchases are processed through Etsy. Etsy's terms and purchase protection apply. We never handle payment data directly.
4. Licensing. Purchased apps are licensed for personal or business use per the listing. You receive a single self-contained HTML file that runs offline.
5. No Warranties. Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of Liability. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific app. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Privacy. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
